You should also have bran bread, which is high in fiber content.

The best of vegetables to have are cucumber and carrots. The recommended fruits to have are watermelons, grapes, oranges, plums, papaya and other fruits that are high in fiber. Bananas can be extremely helpful to reduce constipation. You can have two bananas at once along with a glass of warm milk and it will certainly cleanse your colon and will help your digestive process.
The most recommended thing to have is a lot of water. Having eight glasses is not even enough, and you should have as much water as possible.
